Exchange & Cancellation Policy

Exchange Policy

We understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky, and we’re here to help. However, to maintain fairness and quality standards, we request customers to kindly follow the below exchange conditions:

✅ Eligible for Exchange

  • Exchanges are only provided for size-related issues of the same product.
  • Exchange request must be raised within 24 hours (1 day) of delivery.
  • Exchange is chargeable at ₹250 per item.

🚫 Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Discounted or offer-based purchases are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Plus-size garments (3XL and above) are not eligible for exchange.
  • Multiple size exchanges for the same product are not allowed—only one-time exchange per order.
  • Colour variation, fabric texture, or embellishments (like tassels, threads, etc.) will not be accepted as valid reasons for exchange or return due to:
  • Variations in screen displays and resolution.
  • Lighting during photography.

📦 Return Pick-Up and Shipping

  • We provide reverse pick-up service in most major cities and pin codes across India.
  • If your pin code is not serviceable, you will need to self-ship the product back to us.
  • Exchanged item will be dispatched only after we receive and verify the returned product.
  • The entire exchange process may take 15–20 days, depending on the location.

✂️ Alteration Recommendation

Our fit is thoughtfully designed, and we follow a reliable size chart. Each outfit includes an additional 2–3 inches of inner margin, allowing for easy self-alteration in case of minor size adjustments. We encourage this option to avoid waiting time.

  4. Our team will get back to you within 24–48 hours to initiate the process.

Exchange Approval

  • Once the returned item reaches our warehouse, we’ll notify you of its receipt.
  • After quality verification, the new size will be shipped.
  • DEEVAA Fashions reserves the right to approve or reject exchange requests, especially those not related to sizing.
  • Damaged, worn, or altered products will not be accepted for exchange.


Cancellation Policy

We do not accept cancellations or changes once an order has been placed. Kindly review your cart and order details carefully before checking out.
